1. Introduction
By using the ATG Sports FC website and booking any of our sessions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Fees must be paid before attending unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse entry for non-payment.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Session cancellations must follow the notice period stated at booking. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be offered as session credit where appropriate.
4. Conduct and safety
Players, parents and guardians are expected to respect coaches, staff and other participants. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful or disruptive.
5. Medical and safeguarding
Parents and guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect a player's participation. We follow standard safeguarding practices to keep children safe.
6. Photography and media
We may take photos or videos during sessions for training, promotion or social media. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please let us know in writing.
7. Liability
Football training carries inherent risk of injury. ATG Sports FC takes reasonable steps to reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely. Participation is at your own risk.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
